Freezer Jam

OK so I got to learn a new skill today that is totally cool. Just a little back log. I was talking to my mom a couple of weeks ago and told her that we were going to go and pick fresh strawberry's and she asked me if I was going to make freezer jam. I said no because I had no idea what that was. She proceeded to tell me what it was and I said it sounded like something I wanted to learn. Anyway I got a call from Rosemary last week and she said that she was going to have Sister Hinton over at her house on the 24Th (which is today) and wanted to know if I would like to come over and learn how to make Freezer Jam and I said yes. Well I sort of forgot about it with everything that has been going on and she called me today to remind me. I told her that I had forgotten about it and that I didn't have the stuff to make it but could I still come and watch how its made and she said yes. Well when I got there Sister Hinton had bought stuff to bring so that everyone could try it. Well it was just Annalise and I there so I got to make some Strawberry freezer jam for myself. It was so easy to make. I cant wait to try out other fruits and make tons more of this great tasting stuff. Don't be surprised if you get it from me for Christmas this year. LOL.
