Ok so yesterday I got the call I always love to hear. My dear friend (well I consider her and her family friends) Jamie called me to say that she was in a jam and needed my help. I said sure whats up. She proceeded to tell me that Josh (her husband) was leaving for a few weeks for some kind of jumpers school and needed me to watch her wonderful girls ( Bella (5) and Sophia (2 1/2) ) for her while she took him to the airport and then went to work. I said gladly and she told me they needed to leave by 8:15 am and could I please be there by 7:45. I said yes and that I would see her in the morning. After that I went about the rest of my day and Dale re informed me that he would be leaving on Sunday night to go to his training. I said I remembered and finished doing the house work and getting things ready for him.
Now for today. I woke up at 6:30 this morning so that I could take a shower and get ready to go to Jamie's house. Elyssa and Dominic had asked yesterday if I would make cinnamon rolls for breakfast today and I said yes. So after showering and getting dressed I made breakfast for the kids and then headed out with Elyssa to Jamie's. I got there right at 8:00 and told her I was sorry but the drive took me longer than I thought. She said not to worry about it and that she didn't need to leave for another 15 minutes. The girls remembered me right away and Elyssa too. I was a little surprised considering the last time I really babysat them was about 8 or 9 months ago. Man the shot up like weeds. Anyway I wished Josh a safe trip and said goodbye. After about 30 minutes of being there the girls were ready for breakfast so I fixed them what they wanted and got them dressed for the day. All three girls played all day and had a blast. I made lunch for everyone and then put the two little ones down for a nap. Elyssa and I watched a little tv and hung out then the girls got up and played outside until Jamie got home at 4:00. I stayed and talked with her for a bit then had to leave.

When I got home I spent some time with Dale and helped him decide what he was going to take with him this week. Then I had to take the kids and go to the church because they were having a young woman broadcast and Ryan thought I should go. I'm not technically in young woman's but since I do have them for camp I agreed. I'm glad I went although it was just Ryan, myself, and Meghan Detrick and her mom. It was a really good program.
Anyway I am home now and headed to bed. Blog at you later.
